Return of Electoral Expenses and Donations Form
Each candidate is required to keep a record of all campaign election expenses and must furnish a return to the Electoral Officer within 55 days of the election result being declared, estimated to be no later than Wednesday 18 December 2019.
The return of electoral expenses and electoral donations form (available below), once returned, becomes a public document and can be inspected by any person for a period of seven years after receipt. The Electoral Officer is required to make the expenditure return and any supporting documents available on Council’s website for seven years.
