Insulation Subsidies
Nelson City Council has partnered into the Warmer Healthier Homes Nelson-Tasman-Marlborough programme by contributing some funding into the Warmer Kiwi Homes scheme.
"Warmer Kiwi Homes" is a Government programme funding insulation to make homes warmer, drier and healthier.
