Status: Operative
The following amendments were made Operative and have been incorporated into the Nelson Resource Management Plan (NRMP).
Alteration to Designations DE3 and DE15 (Ministry of Education) were incorporated into the NRMP in accordance with s181 and a number of minor corrections and updates were also made under Cl.20A, Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act.
Main Changes
- Alteration to DE3 (Nelson College) removing one parcel of land at 2 Allan Street (Lot 1 DP 2208)
- Alteration to DE15 (Stoke School) amends the existing designation to provide for a playcentre
- Appendix 1 (Heritage Buildings, Places and Objects) to remove demolished properties and correct errors and update NZHPT ranks
- Map 19H amendments to heritage tree and woodlands locations.
