Status: Operative

Minor amendments were incorporated into the Nelson Resource Management Plan (NRMP) in accordance with Cl.20A, Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act, and the Regional Coastal Plan (RCP) was approved by the Minister of Conservation and also incorporated into the NRMP, neither of which required public notification when Operative.

Main Changes

• Changes to Maps 5 and 9 for the RCP
• Minor corrections to various chapters.
