Status: Operative
The following amendments were made Operative and has been incorporated into the Nelson Resource Management Plan (NRMP).
Alterations to Designation DTR4 (New Zealand Transport Agency) were incorporated into the NRMP in accordance with s181, a number of minor corrections and updates were also made under Cl.20A, Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act.
Main Changes
- Designation DTR4 (NZ Transport Agency, State Highway 6) alteration at the Teal River bridge
- Minor corrections to mapping for the heritage trees and woodlands.
