Amendment 12 July 2021

Status: Operative

The following amendments were made Operative and has been incorporated into the Nelson Resource Management Plan (NRMP).

These amendments provide for the following:

1. Updating the Nelson Resource Management Plan following the adoption of the Nelson Tasman Land Development Manual 2019.
2. Implementation of Policy 11(a) of the National Policy Statement for Urban Development 2020, under Section 55(2A) of the Resource Management Act.
3. Removal of designation DN18, under s182 of the Resource Management Act.
4. Alteration of designation DTA3, under s181 of the Resource Management Act.
5. Amendment of minor error – DO18.1.4, under Cl.20A of the Resource Management Act.
6. Heritage property updates – minor amendments to planning maps and Appendix One, under Cl.20A of the Resource Management Act.
