Status: Operative
The following Amendments were made Operative and has been incorporated into the Nelson Resource Management Plan(NRMP).
Alterations to Designations DTR4 (New Zealand Transport Agency) and DE19 (Ministry for Education) were incorporated into the NRMP in accordance with s181 and a number of mnor corrections and updates were also made under Cl.20A, Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act.
Main Changes
- DTR4 the State Highway at Tahunanui, adding two small parcels of land at the intersection of Rocks Road and Bisley Walk.
- DE19 adds a parcel of land to the designation for Nelson College for Girls to include 402 Trafalgar Street.
