Amendment 20 January 2026

Status: Operative

The following proposed amendments were made Operative and have been incorporated into the Nelson Resource Management Plan (NRMP).

A minor correction was incorporated into the Nelson Resource Management Plan in accordance with Cl.20A, Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act. The amendment was an update to Figure 1 of Appendix 23 - Wakefield Quay Design Guide and Rules and any text reference in the Appendix to 'Figure 2' was changed to 'Figure 1'.
