Minor corrections were incorporated into the Nelson Resource Management Plan in accordance with Cl.20A, Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act.

These amendments give effect to two administration errors in ePlan:

1. Chapter filtering – Linking the Suburban Commercial Rules Chapter to the Commercial Leisure Area Overlay in the Property Specific Resource Management Plans Chapters.
2. Definitions Library – Retail activity and Retail activities were not consistent with the Chapter 2 Meanings of Words definition. The sentence ‘For the purpose of this definition, residential activity (irrespective of the length of stay) shall include:’ has been added to the Definitions Library.
