Amendment 21 September 2023

Status: Operative

The following amendments were made Operative on and have been incorporated into the Nelson Resource Management Plan (NRMP).

This alteration removes Designation DE3 (Ministry of Education - Nelson College) from the following parcels of land and has completed its s182 statutory process:

  • 2-4 (NL7B/876, Part Section 1077 - 1078 City of Nelson - Proprietor Nelson College,
  • 517669, Lot 2 DP 430237 - Proprietor Nelson College,
  • 517671, Lot 4 DP 430237 — Proprietor Nelson College).
