Amendment 24 June 2025

Status: Operative

The following amendments were incorporated into the Nelson Resource Management Plan in accordance with Cl.16 and Cl.20A, Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act.

  • These amendments were to fix external links on both the Operative and Plan Change 29 text that had broken due to a new Nelson City Council website.
