Amendment 27 January 2026

Status: Operative

The following proposed amendments were made Operative and have been incorporated into the Nelson Resource Management Plan (NRMP).

This alteration removes Designation DE3 (Ministry of Education - Te Pūkenga - New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology) from the following parcels of land and has completed its s182 statutory process:

  • 309 Hardy Street, Nelson (Part Section 178 City of Nelson, NL5A/699) - Proprietor Te Pūkenga - New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology,
  • 337 Hardy Street, Nelson (Part Section 202 City of Nelson, NL10B/172) - Proprietor Te Pūkenga - New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology.
