Status: Operative
The following amendments were made Operative and have been incorporated into the Nelson Resource Management Plan (NRMP):
- Alterations to Designations DTR3 and DTR4 (New Zealand Transport Agency) and DE5 (Ministry of Education - Auckland Point School) were incorporated into the NRMP in accordance with s181, a number of minor corrections and updates were also made under Cl.20A, Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act.
