Status: Operative
The following proposed plan change was made Operative and has been incorporated into the Nelson Resource Management Plan (NRMP).
The purpose of this proposed plan change was to make minor amendments to existing provisions to clarify or make the NRMP more workable. Plan Change 05/02 originally comprised 50 individual proposed changes to the Plan, however change numbers 23 and 47 were withdrawn by Council.
Main Changes
- New Heritage listings
- New rule about landfills
- Minor changes to reflect amendments to the Resource Management Act.
No appeals were lodged on this Plan Change.
