The following proposed plan change was made Operative and has been incorporated into the Nelson Resource Management Plan (NRMP).
Main Changes
Solitaire Investments Ltd has introduced this proposed private plan change as a long-term, integrated planning solution to rezone approximately 138.7 hectares of land located between Marsden and Ngawahatu Valleys for 'Rural' and 'Rural Small holdings' to a combination of 'Residential, Lower Density Residential and Higher Density Small Holdings'. It also sought to rationalise the boundary and scheduling of the Marsden Cemetery to reflect land owned by Nelson City Council.
