Road Corridor Occupancy Permit

This permit helps ensure safety, maintain access, and protect public assets under Section 40 of the Traffic and Parking Bylaw 2023.

Apply for a Road Corridor Occupancy Permit if you need to place any of the following items (or similar items) similar on the roadway, berm, or footpath:

  • Machinery
  • Equipment
  • Materials
  • Portaloo's
  • Skips/bins
  • Waste receptacles
  • Freight containers

Applications must be submitted at least 3 working days in advance, or 10+ days if a Traffic Management Plan is required.
