Temporary Road Closure - Parkers Road

Nelson City Council has received a proposal from Wilsons Traffic Management to temporarily close the following road to ordinary traffic on the dates listed below: 

Parkers Road – between Bolt Road and Golf Road 

Date and time of scheduled closure: Monday 3 October 2022.  Closed between 7:00am to 5:00pm.   

Contingency date and time: Monday 10 October 2022.  Closed between 7:00am to 5:00pm.   

The closure is for Electricity Network upgrades.  

Delays are likely. Vehicle access to residents, couriers and home help will be available where possible. Rubbish and recycling bins will be collected as normal.  

Pedestrian access will be provided.
