Nelson District Licensing Committee Applications
Nelson City Council’s District Licensing Committee (DLC) deals with alcohol licensing matters within our district.
The Committee is responsible for making decisions on granting all alcohol licenses (including special licenses) and all Manager's Certificate applications, renewals and temporary authorities under the new Act's criteria.
The term of current non-elected members ends November 2018 and Council is seeking to appoint a Commissioner and List Committee members. Applications are now sought for these roles from either current members seeking another term of five years or new members.
