Broadgreen Centre
Admin block - meeting room - up to 50 people. The Broadgreen Centre is adjacent to Broadgreen Historic House in Stoke. More information on the Broadgreen Centre.

Founders Heritage Park
Create a unique function amongst the beautiful gardens, charming streets and character buildings of Founders Heritage Park. With a variety of venues it is the perfect location for weddings, parties, meetings and conferences.

Melrose House
- Morning room - 16 - 20 people.
- Dining room - seating for 24 people
- Ball and bar room - seating for 50 people, buffet for 60
- Ballroom with adjoining servery area for drinks and nibbles, comfortably caterers for groups of up to 40 people seated for presentations
- The Boardroom available upstairs, which seats 10-12 people.

Saxton Cricket Oval
Commercial means that the public pay to enter the facility and includes the whole venue. Community means that it's free for the public to attend or spectate or all the proceeds go to charity.

Stoke Hall

Stoke Memorial hall is not taking any new bookings. It will be closed from 31 March while a decision is made on earthquake strengthening. Customers can contact CLM for assistance in finding an alternative venue.

Trafalgar Centre
Just a five-minute stroll to the vibrant city centre and a 15-minute ocean drive from the airport, is the Trafalgar Centre. Recently reopened after extensive refurbishment, it contains two key spaces — the main arena and the new northern extension. . Your event will be cared for by our professional onsite team.

Trafalgar Park
Just a 5-minute stroll to the vibrant city centre and a 20-minute ocean drive from the airport. Trafalgar Park and Pavilion sit on the East bank of the Maitai River, opposite Nelson’s largest indoor events arena, the Trafalgar Centre. Your event will be cared for by our professional onsite team.
